Short biography

Jaka Pengov, PhD, Attorney at Law

I perform my profession with a great degree of respect and understanding for clients and their legal and economic problems. I am ready to use all legal means for the benefit of the client.

As part of my work, I work with both domestic and foreign clients. While working with foreign clients I actively use English, German and Serbian-Croatian languages.

Education: 

  • Master of Law (University of Ljubljana Law School, partly at University of Graz Law School) (2009)
  • Slovenian Bar Exam (2012),
  • Exam for Trustees/Bankruptcy Managers in insolvency court proceedings (2017),
  • PhD in Law Sciences (University of Ljubljana Law School, 2018).

Consulting and representation in expropriation proceedings for both beneficiaries and obligated parties, consulting and representation in proceedings for obtaining and prolongation f working permits, unified and other administrative permits or acts.
